This policy explains what information OUTWRK Fitness LLC (“OUTWRK,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to coach you well and run the business.
1. Information we collect
- Account & contact details — name, email, and login information.
- Coaching information — intake answers, goals, training history, body weight, weekly check-in responses, and progress photos you choose to upload.
- Payment information — billing is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payments and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information — basic technical data needed to keep the app and site working securely.
2. How we use it
- To build and adjust your training and nutrition program.
- To respond to your check-ins and message you about your coaching.
- To process membership and session payments.
- To send service notifications, such as when a check-in is due.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example Stripe for payment processing and our app/hosting infrastructure for storing your account and coaching data securely. These providers may only use it to provide their service to us.
4. Data security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and retain it for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
5. Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications in the app.
- Close your account at any time.
